Open Faculty Position: Autonomic Medicine Neurology

About the role

The Division of Autonomic Disorders in Stanford's Department of Neurology is seeking a clinician‑educator to join the faculty as a Clinical Assistant, Associate, or full Professor. The position focuses on patient care, teaching, and scholarly activity in autonomic medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Outpatient evaluation of patients with suspected autonomic disorders.
• Supervision of autonomic testing in the neurodiagnostic laboratory.
• Teaching medical students, neurology residents, and autonomic fellows.
• Participation in autonomic section meetings and fellowship didactics.
• Engagement in clinical research initiatives.

Required profile

• MD or DO (or equivalent) with ABPN board certification.
• Eligibility for a California medical license.
• Completion of an autonomic fellowship or extensive clinical experience in autonomic medicine.
• Strong interest in clinical care, teaching, and clinical research.

Required skills
