Operational Key Account Manager – Logistics

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Professional to join its Operational Key Account Management (OKAM) team in Italy. The role focuses on delivering tailored logistics solutions for fashion and luxury customers across Europe, ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the agreed business scope between CEVA and customers across Air, Ocean, Ground & Rail services.
• Support strategic reviews of account strategy, business plans, and operational execution.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, addressing non‑compliance and driving corrective actions.
• Conduct and coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR) with customers and internal teams.
• Stay updated on procedural and regulatory changes and disseminate relevant information.
• Generate KPI reports, perform root‑cause analysis, and engage teams for remediation.
• Lead operational onboarding for new product awards and support business implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation projects such as EDI and BI tools.
• Create, maintain, and distribute SOPs for the assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPI data and implement improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
