Operations Learning Manager – Amazon Fulfilment Centre

About the role

The Operations Learning Manager leads learning initiatives within an Amazon fulfilment centre, ensuring associates receive high‑quality safety, process and onboarding training. Working closely with both local and EU learning teams, the role blends training delivery with operational performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist.
• Own end‑to‑end associate and leader training programs, from needs analysis through execution.
• Partner with EU learning teams to share best practices and prioritize training roll‑outs.
• Plan, develop and evaluate training initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Identify and deploy coaching solutions to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback on leadership topics through 1:1 sessions and workshops.
• Participate in daily operational meetings, stakeholder discussions and manager one‑on‑ones.

Required profile

• Strong ability to understand business needs, analyse issues and influence outcomes.
• Team‑player who can collaborate across functions and locations.
• Background in operations such as management, production, retail or logistics.
• Experience with data‑driven performance improvement.
