Orders Scheduler

About the role

The Orders Scheduler ensures that sales orders from multiple countries are translated into flawless production execution at Stellantis vehicle assembly plants. You will coordinate demand priorities, plant capacities and supplier constraints to guarantee on‑time customer deliveries and stable short‑term production plans.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule the real‑order portfolio in the planning system, aligning with demand priorities and country allocation targets.
• Maintain a four‑week rolling horizon of production orders, challenging capacity limits and stabilising short‑term plans.
• Identify and proactively escalate risks that could disrupt production continuity.
• Collaborate with plants and country teams to resolve material shortages and configuration constraints.
• Provide daily and weekly sequencing inputs to plants and support continuous improvement of scheduling tools and processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, logistics or automotive manufacturing.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Structured, disciplined approach with a sense of ownership and teamwork.
• Hands‑on attitude combined with the ability to synthesize technical topics.
