About the role
Medicasa Italia, a leader in Integrated Home Care (ADI) in Italy, is looking for qualified Home Care Operators (OSS) to provide daily assistance to patients in Milan and its surrounding municipalities. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives personalized care in a safe and comfortable home environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct support with personal hygiene, dressing, mobilization (lifting, transfers) and feeding.
- Help maintain the patient’s residual autonomy and monitor primary needs.
- Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists and doctors to implement the Individual Care Plan.
- Ensure a safe home environment and promptly report any health changes to the medical staff.
Required profile
- Valid national qualification as Operatore Socio Sanitario (OSS).
- Previous experience in personal assistance, preferably in a home‑care setting.
- Driving licence (category B) and willingness to travel between patient homes in Milan and the hinterland.
