OT Cybersecurity Engineer – Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an OT Technical Lead to design, deliver, and validate end‑to‑end OT cybersecurity solutions in live factory environments. You will bridge global security initiatives with local operational needs, ensuring both safety and production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Translate approved OT cybersecurity designs into executable pilot packages.
• Assess implementation against architecture, standards, and policies, identifying gaps and plant‑specific constraints.
• Propose pragmatic technical and operational countermeasures.
• Act as remote technical lead during pilots, coordinating OT, IT, and operations teams.
• Ensure pilot activities are safe for production and aligned with plant constraints.
• Steer external vendors (OEMs, integrators) to meet pilot scope.
• Drive validation, functional, integration, and security testing.
• Troubleshoot OT/IT/cyber issues across networks, firewalls, and access paths.
• Maintain compliance with OT security standards and internal policies.
• Produce structured documentation, including configuration reports, test scripts, user manuals, procedures, and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as an OT Consultant, OT Engineer, or OT Security Specialist.
• Solid field expertise in OT/IT integration and industrial environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate technical teams and external vendors.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with risk assessment, compliance verification, and risk mitigation planning.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with clear accountability.
