Paid Social & Display Manager

About the role

Join Unobravo International as a Paid Social & Display Manager, driving high‑quality conversions for mental‑health services in Italy. You will own day‑to‑day campaign management, measurement architecture and AI‑driven optimisation while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute paid social and display campaigns on Meta and TikTok, managing setup, optimisation and reporting for the Italian market.
• Build AI‑driven workflows and automation to accelerate audience targeting, performance management and reporting.
• Design and run a structured experimentation roadmap, including conversion lift studies, geo‑tests, holdouts and A/B testing.
• Ensure accurate measurement through pixel implementation, Conversions API health and server‑side tracking, collaborating with data and analytics teams.
• Work cross‑functionally with creative, product, legal and clinical teams to align channel strategy with user experience and business goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in paid social, display or performance marketing in high‑growth environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in measurement, attribution and incrementality testing.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads (Advantage+, ASC, manual campaigns) and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency in AI‑based automation and workflow optimisation.
• Experience with pixel implementation, Conversions API and server‑side tracking.
