About the role
The Partner Account Manager will define and execute United Imaging Healthcare’s partner strategy in Italy, driving sustainable business growth through a structured and compliant partner ecosystem. Acting as the main point of contact for assigned partners, you will co‑create and execute joint business plans and ensure partner capability development.
Key responsibilities
- Understand partners’ business models, ecosystems and market positioning to align with UIH strategy.
- Lead joint business planning and execution across equipment and services.
- Develop partner capabilities according to the Partner Excellence Framework.
- Support hybrid go‑to‑market execution and ensure optimal territory coverage.
- Maintain funnel hygiene, visibility and predictability at modality level.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle – selection, onboarding, development, evaluation.
- Drive performance metrics such as pipeline quality, revenue growth and overdue management.
- Ensure governance and process discipline using DMS, SFDC and compliance tools.
Required profile
- Strategic and commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Execution discipline with a focus on governance and accountability.
- Ownership and ability to influence across functions.
