Partnerships Consultant – UNICEF OSE (11‑month remote contract)

About the role

The Partnerships Consultant will support UNICEF's Office of Strategy and Evidence (OSE) in strengthening its fundraising and partnership activities over an 11‑month period. Working remotely from Florence, the consultant will provide technical and operational assistance to enhance prospecting, proposal development, reporting, and pipeline monitoring across public and private income channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist OSE in prospecting new partners and cultivating existing relationships.
• Develop high‑quality funding proposals and ensure timely donor reporting.
• Implement quality‑assurance processes for partnership documentation.
• Monitor funding pipelines and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with OSE units to align donor engagement with the 2026‑29 Strategic Plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, communications, international development or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in partnership management, high‑value fundraising, resource mobilization, or donor reporting.
• Experience working with the UN, international development organisations, foundations or corporate partners.
