Part‑time Project Manager – FMCG Content Production

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a part‑time Project Manager (50% capacity) to support a leading FMCG client in Milan. You will act as the bridge between the client and our creative teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of digital, e‑commerce, print and POS content.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client and internal creative teams to define content requirements (stills, videos, animations).
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency of tone of voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Accurately input project data into the agency’s management system.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong client‑facing gravitas.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize under tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
• Solution‑oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with fast‑paced, multi‑project environments.

Required skills

• Project management fundamentals.
• Knowledge of digital content production, motion design and print production.
• Familiarity with digital ecosystems such as web, CRM and social platforms (desirable).
