About the role

Wolford is seeking a motivated, fashion‑savvy individual to join its Milan boutique on a part‑time, temporary basis. As a Sales Assistant you will guide customers through the world of premium European skinwear, delivering a personalized and memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert, customer‑centric advice to an international clientele.
• Engage new customers for retention programmes and promote current campaigns.
• Manage merchandise, ensure the store is well‑presented and aligned with brand storytelling.
• Create customized experiences using powerful questioning techniques.
• Process sales and related information using MS Office tools.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant retail experience.
• Strong fashion sense with the ability to interpret trends.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and proven sales skills.
• Flexible availability, reliable under pressure, proactive and independent.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
