About the role

Wolford is seeking a motivated, fashion‑savvy individual to join its Rome boutique as a part‑time Sales Assistant. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through the world of premium European skinwear and delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert, individualized advice to an international clientele.
• Engage new customers for retention programs and promote current campaigns.
• Manage merchandise, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is inviting.
• Create a customized experience through storytelling and thoughtful questioning.
• Process sales and related information using MS Office tools.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant retail experience.
• Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and strong sales skills.
• Flexible availability, reliable under pressure, proactive and independent.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
