Payroll Implementation Consultant (Netherlands)

About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join Strada’s Pay team in the Netherlands. You will act as the functional lead on Strada Pay implementations, guiding clients through the full project lifecycle and ensuring the solution is configured and tested to meet best‑practice standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client kick‑off meetings and functional requirements workshops.
• Gather and document payroll configuration data to complete Strada Pay workbooks.
• Identify and resolve deviations from Strada Pay standards in collaboration with the product team.
• Configure the payroll solution, perform data validations, and support testing cycles including UAT and parallel testing.
• Coordinate defect resolution and integration issue handling with relevant teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer to delivery and operational payroll teams.
• Support data mapping, data validation across systems, and issue resolution throughout the project.

Required profile

• Experience in functional consulting or implementation of payroll or HR technology solutions.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to lead requirements discussions.
• Attention to detail for data validation and configuration accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product, delivery and operations teams.
