About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with pharmacy customers throughout Italy.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions that align with brand objectives.
• Analyze sales data to generate insights and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product availability and promotional execution.
• Represent the company at pharmacy visits, meetings and trade events.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) in Economics, Management, Pharmacy or Science.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Italy.
• Proactive, creative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
