Pharmacy Account Specialist (Treviso & Belluno)

About the role

Sandoz is seeking a Pharmacy Account Specialist to manage its generic pharmaceutical portfolio across the Treviso and Belluno territories. You will act as the primary point of contact for pharmacies, groups and chains, driving sales and building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as territory manager, identifying and prioritising target pharmacies according to company segmentation.
• Define and achieve sales, efficiency and performance objectives for assigned customers.
• Manage customer initiatives within budget to support business goals.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to maximise commercial and financial results.
• Design and implement customer engagement plans through marketing campaigns, presentations and training.
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
• Optimise coverage, contact frequency and communication channels for maximum territory effectiveness.
• Collect, analyse and report market intelligence and competitor information.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the generic pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of generic pharmaceutical portfolios and market dynamics.
• Proven customer relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work within compliance, regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
