Planner Production Specialist – Machining Focus

About the role

As a Planner Production Specialist focusing on machining, you will join the Sales Order Processing Department of Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. in Nonantola. You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of products through the entire production cycle, ensuring that manufacturing work orders meet internal financial targets and customer delivery dates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor product flow across the complete production cycle.
• Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements and coordinate part deliveries.
• Support purchasing by expediting supplier purchase orders when needed.
• Utilize the ERP system to create and manage work orders.
• Generate status reports on production progress, customer information and inventory levels.
• Collaborate continuously with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering and Purchasing departments.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
• Experience in production and processing, with knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and cost management.
• Structured, reliable work method with strong initiative and responsibility.
• Analytical and organized attitude, excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for work‑order management.
