About the role

Join Aethos Monterosa as a Pool Assistant and become the friendly face of our luxury resort’s pool area. You will ensure guests enjoy a safe, clean, and relaxing aquatic environment while delivering attentive service.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm smile, provide towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas and respond to poolside requests.
Maintain the pool area’s cleanliness and safety, regularly inspect the water and surrounding spaces, and report any issues promptly.
Assist the lifeguard team by supporting safety protocols and being ready to respond calmly to incidents or emergencies.
Help set up and take down poolside equipment, ensuring everything is ready for guest use.

Required profile

Enjoy interacting with guests and creating a pleasant experience.
Attentive to detail and able to keep the environment tidy and safe.
Team‑player who can collaborate with lifeguards and other staff.
Proactive, hands‑on attitude toward poolside tasks.
