Post-Trade Operations Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term internship supports Marex's Capital Markets Foreign Exchange (FX) Post‑Trade Operations team. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle of FX and structured product transactions, from trade capture to settlement and expiry.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, validate and confirm FX trades (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs, options, structured products).
• Process settlements, reconciliations and cash‑flow events.
• Monitor and execute lifecycle events such as option expiries, fixings and trade amendments.
• Assist in daily reconciliation of trade data and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Sales, Relationship Managers and Trading teams to ensure accurate processing.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a regulated environment.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to learn.
