PR & Influence Advocacy Specialist – Italy

About the role

Based in Milan, you will lead PR and influencer advocacy for the Italian market, acting as the bridge between AMOREPACIFIC’s European strategy and local execution. Reporting to the PR & Influence Advocacy Manager in Paris, you will enhance brand visibility for all AMOREPACIFIC brands in Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy for Italy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian media outlets.
• Manage press materials, media communications, and secure high‑quality coverage.
• Identify, activate, and manage influencer partnerships to boost brand awareness.
• Plan and execute product‑seeding programmes, including gifting, tracking and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with local agencies to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
• Support and execute regional PR events such as press days, launches, and influencer activations.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign impact, and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing within the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian skincare and beauty market.
• Proven track record in managing media relations, influencer partnerships, and PR campaigns.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
