About the role
SD Worx is seeking an energetic Pre Sales Manager to join its Milan team. You will work closely with commercial teams to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions for payroll and HR management.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand prospect requirements in detail.
- Develop and structure technical‑functional responses that address those requirements.
- Lead the preparation of tender and bid responses for payroll and HR solutions.
- Support the sales process by providing specialist expertise on SD Worx’s technical offerings.
Required profile
- Energetic and proactive attitude.
- Strong ability to comprehend and analyse prospect needs.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a pre‑sales or solution‑consulting environment is preferred.
