Press Office Internship

About the role

As a Press Office Intern, you will join the Corporate Communication team and support daily press office and external communication activities. You will develop communication and writing skills in an international and dynamic environment, contributing to engaging content for various audiences and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support writing and editing of press releases, articles, news, corporate texts and communication materials, adapting tone and language to target audiences.
• Contribute to preparation of media content, press kits, briefings and presentations.
• Support management of relationships with journalists, media and external stakeholders.
• Monitor daily media coverage and assist with press reviews and media monitoring.
• Help organize press conferences, interviews, media events and corporate initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to transform technical or business topics into clear, engaging written content.
• Maintain and update press office databases, editorial materials and communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Communication, Journalism, Humanities, Languages, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to grammar, style and clarity.
• Ability to structure information and turn complex topics into simple, effective texts.
• Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in journalism, media relations, corporate communication and current affairs.
• Previous experience in writing articles, university publications, blogs, social media content or editorial projects is a plus.

What we offer

• 6‑month full‑time internship (curricular or extracurricular).
• Reimbursement of €700–€900 gross per month.
