About the role
Join Bain & Company’s Private Equity practice as an intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting high‑impact projects. You will work alongside senior stakeholders, contributing analytical insights and developing data‑driven tools.
Key responsibilities
- Apply analytical skills to design tailored tools, products, and data solutions for client needs.
- Collaborate in agile, fast‑paced teams, often in virtual settings, to advance key initiatives.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations.
- Tackle complex challenges with innovative ideas and a structured approach.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong business acumen, problem‑solving abilities, and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
