About the role
We are seeking a motivated Private Equity Intern to join Bain & Company’s Private Equity practice. Starting in September, you will work on high‑impact projects, supporting senior stakeholders and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop tailored analytical tools, products and data solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate in agile, virtual teams on strategic initiatives and deliver actionable insights.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations.
- Tackle complex challenges with innovative and structured approaches.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Strong business acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
