Private Personal Assistant – Milan (UK HNW family)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support a high‑net‑worth British couple who split their time between a residence on the France‑Italy border and Milan. The role is based in Milan, with occasional travel to the border property.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car hires, visas, and related bookings.
• Maintain and synchronise diaries for the principals and liaise with the British PA.
• Oversee property readiness for the principals across three UK properties and one Italian property.
• Handle expense processing, payment tracking and record‑keeping for multiple properties.
• Coordinate office supplies, incoming post, visitor reception and catering requests for the CEO and senior staff.
• Support gifting, special occasions and ad‑hoc personal tasks as required.
• Provide holiday and sickness cover for the senior EA when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced UHNW, private household or family office environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion, emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Resident in Milan, Italy.
