Processing Operator III

About the role

Join BASF Agricultural Solutions as a Processing Operator III at our Parma, Idaho facility. You will work on seed processing across multiple sub‑departments, ensuring high‑quality output while following strict safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute warehousing, receiving, conditioning, enhancement, treatment, packaging and shipping tasks for seed products.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and accredited NAL processes to maintain global processing standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities on the shop floor.
• Adhere to safety policies, perform good housekeeping, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Operate lift trucks and reach trucks safely to move seed and materials.
• Train new employees on departmental processes.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, agricultural operations, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain internal certification for forklift and/or reach‑truck operation.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic Excel formula knowledge.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
