Procurement Manager – Operational Procurement

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the operational procurement team, ensuring timely, high‑quality, and efficient sourcing for the company. This role acts as the central point for resolving critical issues and aligning procurement activities with planning, product development, and production functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the procurement team and oversee order management, delivery monitoring, and deviation resolution.
• Coordinate with suppliers to quickly address delivery, quality, or quantity issues.
• Implement corrective processes together with the Purchasing team to mitigate supply‑chain risks.
• Collaborate with Industrialization, Product, and Quality teams to secure technical approvals before order release.
• Manage quality holds, returns, and DIBA anomalies to maintain delivery continuity.
• Maintain constant interaction with Planning, Product Development, and Production to anticipate operational challenges.
• Monitor performance KPIs with the KPI & Reporting Analyst and propose process improvements.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews in partnership with Purchasing and the KPI & Reporting Analyst.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools.
• Excellent command of Excel and Power BI (or equivalent).
• English level B2 minimum; French is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary of at least €60,000 (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio, Level Quadro).
