Producer – E‑commerce Photography & Content Production

About the role

Canali is seeking a Producer to manage the end‑to‑end creation of photographic and video content for its e‑commerce platform. The role combines coordination of shoots, content workflow optimisation and collaboration with internal and external creative partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the photography studio calendar and weekly e‑commerce shooting list.
• Oversee shooting production activities, including model casting, order confirmations and back‑office tasks.
• Create and upload shooting lists and views on the Chalco platform.
• Monitor shoot progress, troubleshoot issues and provide weekly status reports to the e‑commerce team.
• Manage pre‑ and post‑production tasks such as garment preparation, packaging, delivery notes and internal team coordination.
• Support photographic and video services by liaising with external creative teams, photographers, agencies and production houses.
• Assist in managing creative and production budgets.
• Collaborate with IT to test and implement generative AI tools for content creation.
• Evaluate AI‑generated editorial images for quality, effectiveness and brand compliance.
• Coordinate the operational photography team and optimise workflows through digital solutions.
• Organise internal events for new collection presentations, handling set‑up and operational management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in production companies or in‑house teams as an Assistant Producer or Producer.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong reliability, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational, planning and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality content.
