About the role
Mollie is looking for a Product Designer II to shape the experience of its Dashboard and mobile app. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex financial workflows into simple, elegant interfaces that help European SMEs manage their money effortlessly.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a product design strategy for the Merchant Experience domain.
- Take concepts from research through interaction and visual design to launch.
- Design experiments, validate assumptions with data, and iterate quickly.
- Enhance the design system to improve quality and delivery speed.
- Champion design excellence and challenge the status quo across the organization.
Required profile
- Strategic mindset: simplify complex problems into elegant solutions.
- Strong interaction and visual design capabilities.
- Prototyping and validation experience, including user research collaboration.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
