Product Development Assistant – Shoes & Sneakers

About the role

The Product Development Assistant will support the Senior Product Developer for MW Shoes & Sneakers, ensuring smooth execution of the product development strategy for LOEWE’s luxury footwear collections. The role involves coordinating activities across design, industrialisation and production to meet timelines and quality standards, while guaranteeing timely information flow, operational efficiency, and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the development process for assigned shoe collections from design to sample realization.
• Maintain and continuously update Excel development trackers to manage timing, reporting and information flow.
• Track samples and manage all related documentation during development and industrialisation phases.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between Product Development, Industrialisation and Production teams.
• Prepare materials, samples and equipment for showroom presentations and fashion shows, ensuring timely readiness and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues quickly and support the preparation of internal and external presentations.
