Product Innovation Marketing Coordinator

About the role

As a Product Innovation Marketing Coordinator you will turn new product ideas into memorable experiences for Costa guests. You will shape the brand narrative, ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints, and help create emotional connections that differentiate Costa in the travel market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide market and consumer insights to support the development of product innovation concepts.
• Translate selected innovations into clear, engaging stories aligned with Costa’s brand identity and campaign frameworks.
• Plan and execute integrated communication and activation initiatives across digital, physical and experiential channels, both onboard and off‑board.
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of marketing delivery, from asset creation to rollout across markets, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor performance of initiatives, identify optimisation opportunities and strengthen brand impact.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing or Integrated Marketing, preferably in an international, customer‑centric environment.
• Proven ability to transform product concepts into distinctive, on‑brand narratives.
• Experience orchestrating multi‑channel campaigns across digital, physical and experiential touchpoints.
• Strong project‑management skills with the capacity to align multiple stakeholders.
• Hands‑on, proactive, detail‑oriented and fluent in English; willing to travel regularly.
