Product Lead - Business & Merchant Domain

About the role

As the Product Lead for the Business & Merchant Domain, you will shape the evolution of Satispay's business ecosystem and the financial products that serve companies. You will lead a team of product managers while staying hands‑on with execution, driving growth and delivering high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, define road‑maps and deliver frictionless experiences.
• Mentor and coordinate Product Managers, ensuring cross‑team collaboration and a unified vision.
• Design solutions to reactivate dormant merchants, increase feature adoption, boost upselling and optimise conversion funnels.
• Develop deep understanding of business financial needs, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Put merchants first by obsessing over user feedback, continuous shadowing and turning pain points into opportunities.
• Define, track and analyse key product metrics to validate hypotheses and optimise funnel performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years B2B product management experience, preferably in fintech, payments or high‑growth tech.
• Experience building or scaling products in banking or financial services is a strong plus.
• Proven leadership of people or complex multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset to drive monetisation and merchant engagement.
• High attention to detail in UX/UI, copy and operational excellence.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using advanced data platforms to optimise funnels.
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate product operations, research synthesis and roadmap structuring.
