Product Marketer

About the role

ShippyPro is looking for a Product Marketer who can turn complex logistics and AI‑driven products into clear, memorable narratives. You will work closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to shape global communication, launches, and the overall brand perception.

Key responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging across all channels.
• Create launch strategies for new products and features.
• Translate technical product complexity into concise customer value.
• Develop storytelling frameworks for marketing, demos, website, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Product and Design from concept through release.
• Interview customers and turn insights into communication assets.
• Support Sales with clear value propositions and consistent messaging.
