Product Marketing Assistant Internship – Darphin (Italy)

About the role

Join The Estée Lauder Companies as a Product Marketing Assistant Intern for the Darphin Paris brand in Italy. You will support the product marketing team through the full product lifecycle, from trend analysis to launch execution, gaining hands‑on experience in a global prestige beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update materials and presentations for internal and external meetings, including sales meetings and client briefings.
• Coordinate with external agencies to develop digital and physical assets such as banners, POP displays, and leaflets.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, ensuring timelines are met.
• Track orders and liaise with supply‑chain teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Analyze sell‑in data using Power BI and monitor launch progress; analyse sell‑out data from NPD/IQVIA sources.
• Support day‑to‑day operational management of brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude, positive mindset, and effective teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is implied by location.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis.
