Product Marketing & Growth Manager

What you'll be doing

• B2B Product Marketing Plans – lead creation and execution of marketing strategies for new product launches, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – coordinate with Product, CRM, RevOps, Performance, and Creative teams on go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
• B2B Acquisition and Retention – plan, forecast, and roll out acquisition channels for target audiences and work with CRM on retention campaigns.
• Continuous Improvement – assess program effectiveness, apply best practices, and seek improvement opportunities.

Who we're looking for

• Product Marketing Experience – strong background in product marketing, go‑to‑market strategies, and user acquisition (B2B experience a plus).
• Project Management & Organization – excellent prioritisation and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Analytical & Data‑Driven – ability to leverage data to inform strategies, track performance, and uncover insights.
• Adaptability & Resilience – thrive in a fast‑paced environment and continuously raise performance standards.
• Language Proficiency – fluency in Italian and English.
