Product Quality Engineer

About the role

Technogym is looking for a Product Quality Engineer to define and achieve product quality objectives for its fitness and health solutions. You will work cross‑functionally to ensure new products meet the required quality standards and to manage product and process risks throughout development and operation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, monitor and achieve product quality objectives.
• Improve quality methods and processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Perform project risk assessments and manage product/process risk elements.
• Support debugging cycles and provide detailed project specifications.
• Resolve product anomalies during development and operational phases.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, down‑to‑earth and ethical attitude.
• Strong relationship skills and an international mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with quality tools and total quality management approaches.
• Risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
• Project management capabilities.
