Production Planner – Medium & Long‑Term Planning

About the role

The Production Planner will support medium and long‑term production planning, aligning capacity with resource availability and collaborating closely with production and procurement teams to drive efficient, sustainable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to medium and long‑term production planning based on sales forecasts, production capacity and resource availability.
• Manage and analyse production capacity, supporting workload balancing and optimal use of resources.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure the right balance between product availability, service level and stock rotation.
• Assist in developing aggregate production plans and material requirements.
• Track plan execution and analyse deviations related to volumes, capacity, lead times and inventory levels.
• Prepare reports and KPIs on production planning, capacity utilisation and inventory performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
