Professional Education Training Manager – TMTT (Pascal/Evoque)

About the role

The Professional Education Training Manager will lead the Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) training program, ensuring curriculum execution, standardisation, and audit‑ready documentation. This role works closely with internal clinical teams, external partners and stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class specialist and physician training.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver TMTT training curricula, including content creation and SME coordination.
• Maintain an audit‑ready environment for all training activities, supporting regulatory and non‑regulatory audits.
• Manage electronic documentation systems (e.g., Trifecta, Veeva Vault, Litmos) for internal and external training records.
• Lead compliance assessments against GSOPs, work instructions, protocols and LMS requirements.
• Prepare audit documentation, resolve findings and drive continuous improvement of training processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, consultants and customers to align training with regulatory updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing clinical or medical device training programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and audit preparation.
• Ability to develop technical training content and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with electronic documentation platforms such as Trifecta.
• Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
• Familiarity with Litmos LMS.
