Program Manager – Engineering Services

About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of related engineering projects at our Turin headquarters. The role will define program objectives, scope and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain program plans, milestones and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to support product development programs.
• Manage inter‑dependencies, budgets and timelines across multiple projects.
• Track program progress, KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Oversee operational processes, logistics and prototype allocation to ensure efficient execution.

Required profile

• Data‑driven mindset with ability to make decisions based on metrics.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, accountability and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Italian proficiency is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings.
