Project Management Consultant

About the role

Colliers is seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant to act as the primary interface between clients and internal project teams. You will lead project coordination for hospitality, office and residential developments, ensuring that schedules, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organise and lead project meetings, set agendas, maintain documentation and distribute minutes.
• Support the development, monitoring and tracking of project budgets, milestones and schedules.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide project execution.
• Assist owners with contract negotiations and change‑order analysis.
• Mentor junior talent and contribute to team development.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, project monitoring or cost estimating.
• Background in hospitality, office and residential development projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to present data‑driven solutions.
• Quick learner of client‑specific software with solid technological aptitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and other project‑management tools.
