Project Manager – BEG Italy

About the role

As a BEG Project Manager for mobility components, you will independently lead projects across Vehicle Motion, Automated Driving Assistance, Automotive Electronics, and Powertrain within Bosch's PEBGIT/EIT group. You will manage the full acquisition process, coordinate industrialisation with R&D and manufacturing, and drive projects to series production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition of new automotive projects in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor projects according to business area processes.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful industrialisation.
• Deliver projects profitably, meeting all technical specifications and quality standards.
• Act as a primary stakeholder for customers and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in mechanical, electronic, informatics engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive project acquisition and management.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, analytically, and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Project Management (PMP certification preferred)
• Automotive product knowledge
