Project Manager - Insurance

About the role

Capco, a global technology and business consultancy focused on financial services, is expanding its consulting team in Italy and is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in the insurance industry. The role suits someone who has strong leadership and organisational skills, understands insurance processes well and can oversee several projects at once while delivering them successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Manage insurance projects and keep them aligned with business goals
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables
• Oversee project teams and ensure effective communication and coordination across all parties
• Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science (and related fields)
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and guide cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
• Project management in the insurance sector
