Project Manager – Italy Supply Chain Initiatives

About the role

Bacardi is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead Italy supply‑chain (SC) initiatives, bridging global brand strategy with local marketing execution. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of innovation projects, ensuring they meet business goals, budget constraints, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with global brand and local marketing teams to define and prioritize project pipelines.
• Prepare progress reports, forecast workload peaks, and communicate initiative status across departments.
• Define success criteria for each project and ensure they are met at decision‑gate reviews.
• Conduct risk assessments, cost‑of‑goods‑sold (COGS) analysis, and P&L impact evaluations.
• Track budgets, maintain critical‑path schedules, and apply global best practices to accelerate time‑to‑market.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional SC operations and packaging teams to deliver robust, cost‑effective designs.
• Lead packaging technical development when required and ensure compliance with Bacardi’s Global Packaging Development (DFE) process.
• Facilitate regular project review meetings, monthly initiative reviews, and innovation sections of business brand reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex supply‑chain or innovation projects, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods sector.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate marketing needs into actionable project plans.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and drive decisions based on data and risk analysis.
