Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects for an international manufacturing/energy company. You will gather and prioritize requirements, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and prioritize project requirements based on business goals.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress, organising regular meetings.
• Review tender documents, prepare technical responses, and manage tender deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and update senior management.
• Coordinate technical, quality, legal, commercial, and administrative teams for tender preparation.
• Oversee operational aspects such as bonds, payment terms, banking arrangements, and freight forwarding.
• Negotiate documentary credits and ensure compliance with specifications.

Required profile

• Technical master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing or energy.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP management systems.
• Knowledge of MS Project (plus).
