Project Manager – Mobility Components (BEG)

About the role

As a BEG Project Manager for mobility components, you will independently lead projects in Vehicle Motion, Automated Driving Assistance, Automotive Electronics or Powertrain within Bosch's PEBGIT/EIT group. You will manage the full acquisition process, coordinate industrialisation with R&D and manufacturing, and drive projects to series production while ensuring profitability and compliance with specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead acquisition activities together with the Sales Manager and transition components to industrialisation.
• Plan and execute projects according to business‑area processes, guiding them through to series production.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing and internal project teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Maintain responsibility for profitable project outcomes and adherence to specifications.
• Act as a primary stakeholder with customers, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in mechanical, electronic, informatics engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive project acquisition and management, preferably PMP certified.
• Positive, dynamic, self‑confident, customer‑oriented attitude with openness to feedback.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, proactivity, teamwork and target orientation.

Required skills

• Project Management (PMP certification preferred).
• Broad technical knowledge of automotive products and components.
