Project Manager – Service Excellence

About the role

You will join the Service Excellence & Customer Advocacy department to support projects that improve aftersales processes, service quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the overall customer experience. This position is ideal for a high‑potential professional seeking to grow in project management within an international, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within the Service Excellence domain.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across business, operational, and ICT/Digital teams.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, proposing mitigation actions.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, and facilitate governance meetings.
• Ensure quality, readiness, and go‑live preparation of deliverables.
• Support change management and handover to operational teams.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of project management practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, digital, or process‑related roles.
• University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Exposure to cross‑functional or multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
