Project Manager, Special Projects

About the role

Off-White is seeking a Project Manager to lead special projects and collaborations. You will own partnership initiatives from identifying potential brands through to market rollout, working closely with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential brand partners, influencers, and strategic collaborators.
• Lead negotiations of collaboration agreements, ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial goals.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, from concept through planning, execution, and market launch.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and KPIs to assess project success.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long‑term opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on future partnerships.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, partnerships, or business development, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of high‑profile collaborations.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with solid commercial awareness.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is a plus.
