Project Planner – EMEA (Treviglio)

About the role

The Project Planner will support Anaergia's Project Execution team for the EMEA region from the Treviglio office. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring and updating project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain detailed project schedules that meet contract requirements and agreed‑upon deadlines.
• Coordinate scheduling activities with regional Project Managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify potential risks, anticipate obstacles and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Prepare progress reports and keep project timelines up to date.
• Create and distribute project trackers to provide clear visibility of deliverables and deadlines.
• Assist in resource allocation to support effective project execution.
• Communicate schedule impacts and changes consistently to keep projects on track.
• Drive continuous improvement in project planning processes.
