PSP Financial Analyst

About the role

The PSP Financial Analyst will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and financial performance of payment operations across multiple providers. Working with large financial datasets, you will investigate discrepancies, optimise costs, and support business decisions in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships and communication with payment service providers, ensuring contractual compliance.
• Monitor account balances across multiple payment systems and maintain strong financial control.
• Analyse provider fees, exchange rates, commissions and contract conditions to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Reconcile transaction records with provider statements, investigate discrepancies and guarantee financial accuracy.
• Oversee timely processing of customer payouts and company withdrawals while resolving payment‑related issues.
• Maintain payment process documentation and recommend improvements based on financial analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, finance operations, payment operations, reconciliation or a related finance role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including handling large datasets and financial reporting.
• Experience performing reconciliations, balance controls, transaction analysis and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of financial processes, cost control and management accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency for written communication.
