Public Relations Communications Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Public Relations Communications Intern to join our PR team. You will actively support the planning and execution of PR and communication activities, gaining hands‑on experience in media monitoring, data analysis, and event coordination within the fashion and lifestyle sector.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse press and digital coverage, including social media and influencers.
• Prepare periodic reports such as press reviews, PR performance summaries, and digital analytics.
• Update and maintain media and influencer databases and track coverage.
• Collect, organise, and present PR data for internal analysis.
• Handle PR samples under supervision, including preparation, shipment tracking, and returns.
• Coordinate shipments to press and influencers for seeding activities.
• Support the logistical organisation of PR events, press days, presentations, and special events.
• Attend events to provide on‑site logistical and organisational assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the PR network to ensure smooth information flow.

Required profile

• Strong interest in PR, communication, and the fashion/lifestyle industry.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and reporting.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Availability to support events and operational activities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
