QA Testing Engineer

About the role

Objectway is looking for a QA Testing Engineer to join its Software Development & Delivery team in Bari. You will work in an agile scrum environment, ensuring the quality of cutting‑edge wealth‑management software through both manual and automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Test Analyst and Test Automator within a scrum team, taking ownership of the test plan.
• Represent QA in grooming sessions and contribute to backlog refinement.
• Design, develop and maintain automated test scenarios for back‑end, API and front‑end components.
• Create test data and execute functional, regression and performance tests.
• Maintain and update test documentation and release notes.
• Track tasks and issues using Team Foundation Server.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA automation and building testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques and web‑application testing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective test cases.
• Excellent communication skills in English and strong analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with T‑SQL and proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
